Irma Buendia

Irma Buendia has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at Brown-Forman since December 2007. Throughout their tenure, Irma has held various titles, including Talent Acquisition Partner for Mexico and LAR, and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on establishing best-in-class recruiting practices to attract and retain top talent. Prior to Brown-Forman, Irma worked as a Gerente de RH at INNOVA and Continental. Irma holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad del Valle de México, alongside several diplomas in managerial skills and human resources management.
