Katarzyna Bielawska

Katarzyna Bielawska has extensive experience in channel management and key account management within the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Head of Direct Distribution Channel at Brown-Forman since February 2016, Katarzyna is responsible for creating long-term strategies and leading a team of Key Account Managers to enhance business with various retail channels, including discounters and e-commerce. Previous roles include Channel Account Manager and Account Manager Key Account at Brown-Forman, where responsibilities encompassed managing the vodka and whiskey categories and conducting annual negotiations with clients. Prior to Brown-Forman, Katarzyna worked at Kompania Piwowarska as a Junior Key Account Manager and at SABMiller as a Key Account Specialist, focusing on sales fulfillment and client relationships. Katarzyna began professional career as an assistant at Devonshire Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw and an Erasmus Exchange Programme at Università degli Studi di Verona.
