Marcelo Paroni

Marcelo Paroni is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in leading operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain for Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific at Brown-Forman since April 2019, Marcelo oversees supply chain activities in 11 countries and manages a team of 80. Prior roles include Global S&OP Director at Diageo, where responsibility encompassed the development of S&OP processes for iconic brands, and Head of Supply Chain Planning in Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay, where significant turnaround projects were implemented. Marcelo's earlier experience includes leadership roles in demand and supply planning at Mondelēz and Unilever, where initiatives in logistics and inventory management dramatically improved operational efficiency. Marcelo holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
