Shannon Taylor currently serves as the Global Vice President and Managing Director for the Tequilas portfolio at Brown-Forman, overseeing brands such as Herradura and El Jimador since August 2024. In addition, Shannon is the Founder of Bamboo Growth Collective LLC, a privately-held investment fund established in February 2022. Previously, at The Partnering Group, Shannon held the position of Partner from June 2023 to August 2024, focusing on strategic and innovation initiatives for clients. Shannon's extensive career at Procter & Gamble spanned over two decades, culminating in leadership roles such as Vice President for Greater China Baby Care, driving significant brand growth for Pampers, and overseeing multiple successful brand strategies across Asia in Feminine Care. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and various executive education programs.
