Svend Jansen

Svend Jansen is an experienced public relations professional with a lengthy tenure at Brown-Forman since January 2008, currently serving as Global PR Director for Jack Daniel's and previously as Global PR Manager for Southern Comfort and Tuaca. Svend has a strong track record of collaborating with global brand teams to ensure coherent brand messaging and developing localized PR initiatives. Prior to this role, Svend was the Public Relations Manager for Woodford Reserve and other brands, where essential PR projects were executed to enhance brand images. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Media and Public Relations for the Louisville Bats and an internship with the Waterbury Spirit. Svend holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 2000.
