Ulrike Lehmann-Deroche

Ulrike Lehmann-Deroche is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and development within diverse organizations across Europe. Currently serving as HR Director for France and BeLux at Brown-Forman, Ulrike previously held key positions including Group VP of Learning & Development and Group HR Projects Director at Clariane, where responsibilities included defining training strategies and optimizing HR processes across multiple European countries. With a strong background in HR management at Hanes France and Groupe Chantelle, Ulrike has successfully led international teams and implemented digitalization in HR processes. Ulrike holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Montpellier and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH, along with certifications in coaching from Transformance Pro and as a GALLUP® Certified Strengths Coach.
