Tom Bledsoe

Tom Bledsoe has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as a Regent for the American College of Physicians since March 2016 and as President of the Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island since September 2014. Bledsoe holds the position of Chair of the Ethics Committee at Rhode Island Hospital, a role undertaken since July 2010, and has been a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University since July 1995, contributing to both ethics and clinical education. Additionally, Bledsoe has been a practicing physician at the University Medicine Foundation since July 1992. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Brown Medical School and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
