Tracey Ginaitt

Tracey Ginaitt currently serves as the President of the Board of Nursing for the State of Rhode Island and holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at both Rhode Island College and the University of Rhode Island. With extensive experience at Rhode Island Hospital since November 2000, Tracey manages over 40 personnel on an inpatient unit and oversees budget, scheduling, and personnel issues. Prior to this role, Tracey worked as an Assistant Clinical Manager and staff RN. Tracey is a retired Registered Nurse from the United States Air Force, serving from June 1991 to November 2017. Educationally, Tracey is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Rhode Island College and holds a Master's degree in Public Health and several nursing degrees from institutions including Jacksonville University and Community College of Rhode Island.
