Corey L. Kraushaar

Corey is an experienced trial attorney with an impressive number of Missouri’s top defense verdicts.

An accomplished trial lawyer, Corey has obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts for his clients, including some of the largest defense verdicts in Missouri. He has tried cases in various venues throughout his career with excellent trial results, including nine jury trials in the past two years alone.

Corey focuses his practice on personal injury, product liability, large loss subrogation and first party insurance coverage matters. He also has significant experience and a track record of success defending clients in Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA) cases, wrongful death cases, and other consumer and business litigation matters. Corey also defends tavern owners in dram shop cases and has successfully argued cases on appeal.

Corey received the prestigious Lon O. Hocker Award for Trial Advocacy given by the Missouri Bar to attorneys who exemplify the professional qualities of a trial attorney and demonstrate unusual proficiency in the art of trial advocacy based on their outstanding trial work. Recipients are selected by a committee of federal and state trial court judges.
