Belinda Rodriguez

Belinda Rodriguez is a seasoned procurement and purchasing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer and Procurement Specialist at Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC, since June 2023, Belinda supports capital project procurement activities, manages vendor communications, and oversees the bidding process. Prior to this, Belinda worked at Manson Construction Co. for nearly 17 years, fulfilling roles including Purchasing Agent and Offshore Administrator, overseeing procurement for offshore operations and managing invoices. Earlier professional experience includes accounting positions at Westfeldt Brothers, Inc. and Delgado Community College, with a strong background in financial management and accounts reconciliation. Belinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University New Orleans and additional qualifications in Business Administration and General Studies from Delgado Community College.
