Chanda Sar

Chanda Sar serves as the Lead Specialist of Inclusion at Brown Rudnick LLP since October 2022, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Chanda held the position of Events Planning & Services Manager at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, contributing to the Diversity, Equity, Accessibility & Inclusion Task Force. Chanda's experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., and Tutor Counselor at the U.S. Department of Education and Wheaton College. Chanda's educational background includes a degree from Manhattanville University, with an active involvement in student government and various leadership roles.
