Michael Reining

Michael Reining is an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring. Currently at Brown Rudnick LLP since September 2020, Michael previously held positions as Associate Attorney in Bankruptcy and Restructuring at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and in Bankruptcy and Insolvency at Downey Brand LLP. Michael started a legal career as a Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California, and had an internship at the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Colorado.
