Scott Keyes

Scott Keyes has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Scott started their career in the US Army as a Canon Fire Direction Specialist from 1987 to 1990. After that, they worked at Kraft Foods as an Assistant Human Resources Manager, where they played a key role in plant staffing activities. Scott then joined Steak n Shake as a Human Resources Manager, where they successfully improved management retention. Later, Scott worked at Alliance Data - Mail Services and Bowne (formerly Alliance Data - Mail Services) as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing all HR activities and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Scott also worked as a Human Resources Consultant / Contractor for various companies, including Cameron International.
