Gary Fitzpatrick

Gary Fitzpatrick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and risk management. Currently a Partner at Brown & Streza, LLP since January 2022, Gary previously served as General Counsel for Surfside Ventures, LLC, Trancas Capital LLC, and Palace Entertainment, where responsibilities included advising executive teams and establishing legal and human resources departments. Earlier in their career, Gary worked as an Associate Attorney at Freeman Freeman & Smiley, LLP, and Voorhees Knable Pettler Miller & Freeman, specializing in corporate matters, tax and estate planning. Gary holds a BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Southern California and a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
