Lauren Nichols has diverse work experience in graphic and web design. Lauren began their career as a Web/Graphic Designer at Aidan Mckenna Sligo, where they researched branding identity for a medical tourism facilitator. Lauren then worked as a Product Designer at Tony Lane Sligo. Lauren went on to serve as a Graphic Designer at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where they designed graphics for promotional materials. Lauren later worked as a Graphic Designer at The Irish Furniture Store, designing graphics for the company's start-up package. Lauren also worked as a Web Designer at NUI Galway, responsible for redesigning and maintaining the website for the Cinema of Human Rights and Advocacy. Lauren then worked as a Graphic and Web Designer at RTE, where they redesigned aspects of the User Interface for the digital version of AERTEL. Lauren also served as a Graphic/Web Designer and Photographer at Brasserie7, where they designed advertising materials and maintained the company's website. Lauren then joined the American Quilter's Society as a Senior Web Designer, managing and executing website design and development projects. Currently, Lauren works as a Lead Digital Designer at Brown Thomas Arnotts, responsible for the digital design and layout of the Brown Thomas Magazine.

Lauren Nichols has a Master's degree in Digital Media from the University of Galway, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they also studied Industrial and Product Design at Auburn University from 2005 to 2006.
