Paul Baguley

Paul Baguley has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and digital transformation. Paul is currently working as the Director of IT & Digital at Brown Thomas Arnotts since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of IT at Brown Thomas Arnotts from July 2021 until March 2023. Before joining Brown Thomas Arnotts, Paul worked at Revolution Consulting Services ltd as a Senior Consulting Director from June 2017 to July 2021. Paul has also worked at Dell Technologies, where they held various roles including IT Director, Senior Enterprise Architect & Global Acquisitions Program Manager from September 2015 to May 2017, IT Director - IT Development and Operations Director from October 2010 to August 2015, Senior Program Manager from 2002 to September 2010, and Project Manager from September 1999 to May 2002. Paul's early work experience includes Account and Sales Management at Dell from 1996 to 1999. Overall, they have extensive experience in formulating and implementing IT strategies, leading digital transformations, and managing IT development and operations teams.

Paul Baguley received their MSc in Project and Programme Management from the University of Limerick from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Technological University Dublin from 1987 to 1990, but did not complete a degree or field of study.
