Jacob Koster is an accomplished individual with diverse experience in emergency medicine, research, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Emergency Department Scribe at Brown Emergency Medicine, Jacob has undergone extensive training in medical terminology and emergency procedures. In addition, Jacob contributes as a Research Intern in Dr. Morrow’s laboratory at Brown University, focusing on the impact of GPT-2 deletion on genetic disorders and cancer. Active in promoting diversity and inclusivity through the Brown University Entrepreneurship Program, Jacob collaborates with teams to engage the entrepreneurial community. Previous roles include banking intern at Independent Bank Developers, food runner at CRUjiente Tacos, and head research intern at The Translational Genomics Research Institute, where significant research on pancreatic cancer was conducted. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree from Brown University and a high school diploma from Phoenix Country Day School.
