Breanna West

Breanna oversees fraud investigations of the NFL Concussion Settlement Program. In her role as Counsel, she is responsible for developing strategies to detect, deter, and address fraud.

Prior to joining BrownGreer, Breanna worked for several years as a civil litigation attorney where she handled wrongful death claims, auto accidents, trucking accidents, and excessive force claims. During law school, Breanna interned with the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges and the Hon. Melvin J. Hughes of the 13th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

Breanna is active in various bar and community organizations. She is on the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference Board of Governors. Breanna serves as the chair of Peter Paul Development Center’s Board of Associates and co-chair of Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Diversity and Inclusion Alliance.
