Louis du Plessis

Louis du Plessis has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Louis is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Browns The Diamond Store, where they are responsible for marketing and sales strategies in the rapidly evolving digital marketing environment. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at the same company, overseeing technology architecture and leading digital transformation initiatives. Before joining Browns The Diamond Store, Louis worked as an Industrial Engineer, where they managed key projects in stock replenishment, client feedback, and internal software design. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Resolve Immix and as a Junior Consultant at Axnosis (Pty) Ltd. Louis began their career as a Group Exercise Manager at Virgin Active.

Louis du Plessis completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2013. Louis then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) between 2020 and 2022.
