Lynette Oberholzer has a diverse range of work experience in the jewelry industry. Lynette started their career as a Merchandise Intern at Browns the Diamond Store, where they gained experience in buying and pricing jewelry categories. Lynette then worked as a Category Manager, Merchandise Buyer, and Jewellery Designer, responsible for buying and designing jewelry for multiple Browns stores.

Lynette later moved on to become the Head Quality Control Officer at Browns, focusing on implementing quality assurance metrics and protocols for long-term quality consistency. Lynette also provided training on quality assurance and workmanship in various jewelry departments.

In their most recent role at Browns, Lynette served as the Head of the Jewellery Design, Cad, and Design Studio Departments, managing multiple departments and employees. Lynette was responsible for productivity management, employee management, and implementing quality assurance strategies and training.

Additionally, Lynette worked as a Jewellery Design and Manufacturing Assistant at Liz Loubser Studio/Tinsel Gallery. Here, they gained experience in designing and manufacturing bespoke jewelry and organizing jewelry exhibitions.

Lynette also briefly worked as a Team Administrator at Gestalt Growth Strategies, where they managed calendars, scheduled meetings, and provided administrative support to the team.

Throughout their work experience, Lynette has demonstrated their expertise in jewelry design, manufacturing, quality control, and management.

Lynette Oberholzer completed their high school education from Helpmekaar kollege between 2009 and 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Metal and Jewelry Arts from Stellenbosch University, which they successfully completed between 2014 and 2017.
