Dulcinea Hanuschak has a diverse background in natural resources law, specializing in water and environmental litigation and transactions. Dulcinea has extensive experience representing a range of clients in administrative proceedings, litigation, and appeals in both state and federal court. Dulcinea has also provided legal representation in cases involving water, public land, NEPA, and CERCLA. Dulcinea began their legal career as a Litigation Paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 2004 and has since held positions as a Law Clerk at White & Jankowski LLP, Trout, Raley, Montano, Witwer & Freeman PC, and as an Associate Attorney at Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin LLP. Dulcinea joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in 2014 as an Associate Attorney and later became a Partner in 2017, specializing in Water & Environmental Law.
