Jim Stever began their work experience as a Technical Analyst/Network Administrator at Professional Document Solutions (PDS) in 2003. In this role, they maintained the network and clients in three physical offices, coordinated trainings with sales personnel and customers, and trained new analysts in the use and configuration of print devices.

Jim then joined Deltek in 2005 and held various positions over the years. As a SQL Conversion Tech, they converted customers from Visual FoxPro database to SQL Server for FMS. As a Technical Analyst, they provided support for FMS products and troubleshooted their environments, as well as installed software for new customers. As a Technical Analyst II and later as a Senior Customer Care Analyst, they provided support for multiple Deltek software and acted as a knowledge base technical reviewer. Jim also trained analysts and generated labs for testing their troubleshooting skills. As a Senior Technical Consultant, they worked with project managers and customers to develop implementation plans for Deltek software and provided technical documentation.

From 2010 to 2017, Jim worked at DynCorp International as a Systems Analyst Principal, where they analyzed and improved business applications, and collaborated with business owners on COTS application upgrades.

In 2020, Amentum acquired DynCorp International, and Jim continued their role as a Systems Analyst Principal. Here, they collaborated with business owners on COTS application upgrades, improved monitoring for critical business applications, and provided remediation using SolarWinds.

Most recently, in 2022, Jim joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck as an Enterprise Applications Analyst.

Jim Stever obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University Global from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Colorado State University where they studied Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Jim has also obtained certifications in "Migrating to Azure" from LinkedIn in November 2021 and in "Learn Git Course" from Codecademy in August 2021.
