Mike King started their career in 2000 as an Associate in the Corporate Finance department at Morrison & Foerster LLP in NYC. Mike worked there until 2004 when they joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck as a Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities and Finance Departments. At Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, they practiced general corporate and securities law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and entrepreneurial transactions. Mike also chaired the Professional Development Committee and frequently presented on various topics in workshops and conferences.
Mike King obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center, from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts, specializing in International Politics, at Penn State University, completing it from 1991 to 1995.
