Ryan McGuirk

Ryan McGuirk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Ryan currently serves as the Legal Compliance Director at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Colorado School of Mines where they held multiple roles, including Director of Business Operations from November 2019 to October 2022, and Contracts Manager from July 2016 to October 2022. Before their time at the Colorado School of Mines, McGuirk was a Partner at The McGuirk Law Group from July 2011 to 2016. Ryan also worked as an Attorney at HindmanSanchez PC from May 2010 to May 2011 and as an Associate Attorney at Elder & Phillips, P.C. from August 2007 to May 2010. Additionally, McGuirk served as a Board Member at Habitat for Humanity of Mesa County from 2008 to 2010.

Ryan McGuirk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a focus on Spanish from Colorado State University. Ryan attended the university from 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, Ryan pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Washburn University School of Law from 2004 to 2007.
