Theo Ellington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy development, community engagement, and public affairs. Currently serving as Policy Director at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Theo also founded Black Citizen to support community initiatives for the Black lives movement. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Strategies 360, where proficiency in creating effective strategies for varied industries was showcased, and Director of Homeless Initiatives at The Salvation Army San Francisco, where efforts were made to enhance homeless services. As the first Director of Public Affairs for the Golden State Warriors, Theo led community organizing efforts during a championship-winning period. Commissioned by city mayors, Theo has contributed to significant affordable housing initiatives and community investments in San Francisco.
