Thomas Cleaver Jr.

Thomas Cleaver Jr. is an experienced construction professional with a solid background in superintendent roles. Currently serving as Superintendent at Brownstone since May 2021, Thomas held various superintendent positions at JPI Companies from March 2017 to January 2023, including Superintendent #2 and Assistant Superintendent. Prior to that, Thomas gained valuable experience as an Assistant Superintendent at Gables Residential from January 2016 to March 2017, and as a Finish Superintendent at Lennar Multi-Family from November 2013 to November 2015. Thomas started the career as an Assistant Superintendent at Southern Land Company from 2006 to 2009, demonstrating a consistent growth in responsibilities and expertise throughout the years in the construction industry.
