Abhinav began their career in 2002 at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where they worked in customer service and mentoring programs for a leading vehicle insurance provider in the UK.

In 2004, they joined Convergys as a Floor Support Supervisor, where they played a key role in improving customer satisfaction scores and received commendation letters and awards for their contributions.

In 2006, Abhinav joined Dell as a Training Lead, responsible for trainer development within Dell and at partner sites. Abhinav played a crucial role in implementing third-party processes and developing training plans.
