Mitul Thakkar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mitul started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Syntel, where they worked on a critical application for American Express. Mitul then moved on to Advanced Micro Devices as a Co-op Engineer, where they focused on optimizing performance for the GNU C Compiler. Mitul later joined Yahoo! as a Software Engineer before co-founding TripRental, a vacation rentals marketplace, where they served as Director of Technology. After merging TripRental into Customer360, Mitul became the Co-founder and CEO of GreyAtom, a company that focused on building educational programs for software engineers. GreyAtom was later acqui-hired by BrowserStack, where Mitul took on the role of Sr. Director, Product Led Growth & Marketing. Prior to their role at GreyAtom, Mitul founded Customer360, a platform that provided hyper personal customer support solutions. Mitul also has experience as a Mumbai Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program and as the Co-founder of Anveshan Technologies, a company that provided mobility solutions to customers worldwide. Mitul's most recent role is Director - Growth and Marketing at BrowserStack, where they lead growth and marketing strategies.

Mitul Thakkar completed their Diploma in Computer Engineering at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology from 1999 to 2002. Mitul then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science at Ramrao Adik Institute of technology from 2002 to 2005. Later, they attended Binghamton University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science.
