Rushabh Shroff

Rushabh Shroff has work experience in two companies in chronological order. From June 2021 to September 2022, they worked at BrowserStack as a Software Development Engineer in Customer Engineering. Rushabh proactively identified and escalated product bugs, resolved customer complaints, and consistently met or exceeded performance metrics. In October 2022, they were promoted to Senior Software Development Engineer in Customer Engineering, where they provided technical support and guidance to customers, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and resolved complex customer issues.

Prior to that, from May 2019 to July 2019, they worked as an Intern at Taxvisor. During this time, they developed small internal finance apps, managed AWS servers, and successfully deployed the apps to production.

Rushabh Shroff completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued Higher Secondary Education in Science from KC College from 2015 to 2017. Rushabh'ssecondary education was completed at The New Era High School from 2002 to 2015.
