Sanup Nair

Sanup Nair is a Customer Success and Sales Leader at Freshworks, where they focus on driving partner strategy, revenue growth, and customer impact. Sanup began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys Intelligent Contact and later progressed through various roles in customer relations and excellence at Tech Mahindra and other organizations. They have held multiple positions at Freshworks, culminating in their current role as Director of Customer Success and Sales. Sanup earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University, completing their degree in 2002.
