Phil Sudlow

Phil Sudlow has extensive work experience in local government, specifically in the field of revenues, benefits, and customer services. Phil started their career at Gedling Borough Council in 2005 as a Benefits Team Leader. In 2006, they moved to Erewash Borough Council, where they served as a Benefits Manager for ten years before being promoted to Head of Revenues and Benefits Managed Service. In 2019, they joined Broxtowe Borough Council as the Head of Revenues, Benefits, and Customer Services, their current role.

Phil Sudlow obtained the degree of IRRV (HONS) from IRRV between 2004 and 2006. In 2010, they pursued Level 5, Leadership & Management at ILM.
