Adriana Medrano

Adriana Medrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational growth. Currently serving as a Learning Coordinator at BRP since October 2021, Adriana supports two sites and collaborates with managers and HR business partners to create actionable plans for leadership effectiveness. Prior roles include Talent Development Advisor at BRP, Career Transition Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Executive Director at Stellen T&D, where Adriana specialized in developing growth strategies and enhancing organizational learning.
