Marketing Manager, Consumer Engagement | Can-am Off-road at BRP

Catherine L'Italien has extensive work experience at BRP, a specialized vehicle manufacturer. Catherine began their career at the company in 2013 as a Buyer, responsible for sourcing and selecting suppliers for product development. In this role, they also managed supplier communication and supported supplier performance initiatives.

From 2015 to 2017, Catherine took on the role of Executive Coordinator, where they contributed to process mapping and improvement in the design and innovation department. Catherine also supported strategic planning and monitored key performance indicators.

In 2018, Catherine served as the Executive Coordinator for the Design & Innovation Process, where their responsibilities included supporting the design process and managing the balanced scorecard and performance indicators.

Currently, Catherine is a Marketing Team Lead at BRP. Catherine has held various marketing positions within the company, including being a Marketing Specialist for Can-Am Off-Road and leading marketing projects for Can-Am Off-Road. In their most recent role, they served as the Marketing Team Lead for Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo & Lynx, and they are currently the Marketing Team Lead for Sea-Doo.

Throughout their work experience, Catherine has demonstrated strong skills in marketing, project management, supplier management, and process improvement. Catherine has been recognized for their ability to meet deadlines and budgets and has successfully represented the marketing function to other departments within BRP.

Catherine L'Italien earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Concordia University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Certificat en Gestion du Marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke, focusing on Marketing.
