Gaetan Bourassa (P. Eng.) is currently the Director of Infrastructure Projects & Physical Assets at BRP, a position held since 2022, where they oversee global facility management and manufacturing expansion in North America. From 1997 to 2022, Gaetan served as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at BRP, focusing on sustainability programs and various software implementations. Prior to their tenure at BRP, they worked as a Project Engineer at Le Groupe S.M. International Inc. from 1992 to 1997, managing civil, highway, and infrastructure projects. Gaetan holds a Baccalauréat in Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and has completed training in Project Management through the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they earned a degree in Asset Management Strategic Development from Humber College.
