Gilles Béchette, PMP, has extensive experience in information systems management, currently serving as the Manager of Service Desk and End User Computing for Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) since November 1975. In this role, Gilles oversees all end user computing, including software, computers, and printers across North America, in addition to managing the BRP IT Service Desk. Previously, Gilles held the position of IS/IT Account Manager for BRP's International Division from 2003 to 2007, acting as a central liaison for the International Sales Division. Gilles holds a PMP certification from Sirius Conseils, an APICS attestation from Vanier College, and an education in Programming from Herzing Institute.
