Marieve Germain

Marieve Germain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Marieve started their career as a Production Planner at Waterville TG Inc. in 2005 and then worked as an HR Coordinator at Camoplast in 2008. Marieve also worked at Baxter as an HR Coordinator and later as an HR Project Lead.

In 2010, Germain became the HR Director at TLD and was responsible for managing all HR-related activities. Marieve then joined Baxter again in 2010 as a Training & Environment Manager.

Germain worked at Université de Sherbrooke as an HRBP Advisor from 2012 to 2014. Marieve then joined Magotteaux as an HR and H&S Director, where they were responsible for the entire HR function and health & safety management.

In 2019, Germain joined BRP as the HR Manager for Engineering, Global Sourcing, and GPS. Marieve later became the HR Director of Global Talent Acquisition Services. In both roles, they managed teams, implemented actions to support operational needs, and provided guidance and support to leaders.

Throughout their career, Germain has demonstrated skills in talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, change management, and team-building. Marieve is also experienced in managing various committees and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Marieve Germain completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Bishop's University from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Italian studies from Bishop's University during the same period. Later, Marieve pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at Université de Sherbrooke from 2007 to 2008.
