Currently serving as Team Leader for Projects at BRP since June 2021, Michelle has previously held significant roles such as Directrice de Production et Planification at Pole Air Aviation and Planification Control Logistic for the Global 7000/8000 programs at STELIA Aerospace. Key achievements include leading cross-functional teams, establishing effective logistical procedures, and training personnel in new processes and systems.
