Yoan Noel

Yoan Noel has a diverse work experience in various companies. Yoan started their career in 2007 at Bombardier Aerospace, where they worked as a project manager for the Options and Configurations Program of the CRJ. Yoan then moved on to work at Banque Nationale, where they held several roles, including director of projects and director of programs in areas such as the redressment of projects, transformation programs, and IT support.

Yoan then joined Desjardins, where they worked on multiple programs and projects, including consolidation of server rooms, site enhancements, and the closure of the SoftLayer CTI platform. During their time at Desjardins, they also worked as a director of portfolios for information, finance, and business systems at Cirque du Soleil, and as an executive project director in security at IBM.

More recently, Yoan worked at BDC as the director of the IT Transformation program, focusing on implementing new IT foundations and optimizing the work processes of IT employees. Yoan also held a strategic advisor role for the Quebec Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Plan, overseeing the government's cloud computing program.

Yoan's most recent position is as Vice President of Global IT Services Delivery at BRP, where they are responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services on a global scale.

Yoan Noel attended UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Yoan then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the same institution, graduating in 2008. In 2009, Yoan obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Yoan further enhanced their skills and knowledge with certifications such as ITIL® Foundation in 2013 from Loyalist Certification Services, Les meilleures pratiques en gestion de programme in 2011 from PMGS, and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Global Knowledge, the year of which is unknown.
