Khayal Sharif-zada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and finance sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of BRPG LLC since February 2012, Khayal oversees a diverse construction business group that includes agriculture, industrial, and residential development. Prior to this role, Khayal co-founded Baku Retail Group LLC and held various significant positions, such as co-founder at Garant Holding and a member of the Board of Directors for both Garant Insurance and the Bank of Azerbaijan, where Khayal served as CEO. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education degree in Innovation in Economic Development from Harvard Kennedy School and an Executive degree in Economics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Auditing from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
