Emma Lynn

Emma Lynn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Emma is currently working at Brsk as the Head of People. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of People and Culture at Bravissimo, where they were responsible for leading and developing the company's culture, strategy, and growth. Emma also held positions such as Senior People Manager, HR Manager, and Personnel Manager at Bravissimo. Before joining Bravissimo, Emma worked as a Retail Manager at Barratts Shoes and as an HR Advisor at Sun Microsystems. Emma began their career as a Trainee Retail Manager at Debenhams.

Emma Lynn attended Aston University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Management. Following that, they enrolled in Coventry University from 2003 to 2005, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management with a focus on HR.
