Kirsten Eddey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kirsten is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Brsk since September 2021. Prior to that, Kirsten was a Co-Founder at Thwala from June 2021 to May 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Kirsten held the position of Customer Experience Executive at Vumatel, overseeing customer experience and operations from both a B2B and B2C perspective. Kirsten also served as the Head of Marketing at Vumatel from January 2016 to June 2018.

Before joining Vumatel, Kirsten worked as a Customer Operations specialist at Yoco in 2014, focusing on customer service and experience. Kirsten also played a role as a Marketing Strategist and event organizer at TEDxCapeTown from January 2014 to March 2015.

Kirsten's earlier experiences include their work as a Business Development Owner and Sales and Marketing Consultant at Conduct Telecommunications SA from 2013 to 2014. Kirsten served as a Simulcast Organizer at TEDxCapeTown in July 2013 and took up a role in Marketing Communications and PR at East African Marine Transect from November 2012 to April 2013. Kirsten was also involved in event management at TEDxUCT in 2012 and interned at Google as part of the Umbono program in January 2012.

Throughout their career, Kirsten Eddey has focused on customer-centric roles, marketing, event organization, and strategic initiatives.

Kirsten Eddey obtained their Matric with distinction from St Andrew's School for Girls from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they studied a variety of subjects including English, Mathematics, Zulu, Science, Geography, History, and Additional Mathematics. Following their secondary education, they attended the University of Cape Town from 2008 to 2012. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Science degree with a specialization in Marketing.
