Mark Hitchcock started their work experience in the NHS as a Recruitment Assistant, recruiting healthcare professionals for bank roles in hospitals. Mark later became a Contracts Officer for the West Yorkshire Commissioning Support Unit.

Mark then transitioned to Virgin Media Business, initially working as a Telemarketing Executive, generating leads and winning new business for the company. Mark was later promoted to the role of New Business (Telemarketing) Team Manager, leading a team that focused on demand generation and acquisition of new business.

After their time at Virgin Media Business, Mark Hitchcock joined Glide UK as a Strategic Account Manager, supporting key customers and working with prospective businesses across the company's national footprint. Mark was later promoted to the role of Business Development Director for WarwickNet, where they worked with businesses to maximize their IT capabilities using WarwickNet's national network infrastructure.

Mark then became the Sales Director at Clavia Group, where they combined educational content development with video production to deliver results for businesses, including creating qualified leads.

Mark'smost recent work experience is as a Business Strategic Account Manager at Brsk, where they work with businesses, channel partners, and IT support companies to provide connectivity solutions using Brsk's own fiber network.

Mark Hitchcock attended the University of Sunderland from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Journalism. In addition, they acquired the ISMM Diploma in Professional Sales from The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) in February 2009.
