Monica Zappia

Monica Zappia has extensive experience in customer service and sales support across various industries. Currently serving as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at BRT Extrusions Inc. since September 2019, Monica assists the Marketing Manager by reviewing new and existing customer inquiries related to extrusions. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Customer Service Representative at State Alarm Inc., where responsibilities included troubleshooting alarm systems, scheduling service calls, and managing customer accounts. Monica's career in customer service began at Crawford County DPS/911, where, as a 911 Dispatcher and Shift Leader, responsibilities included handling emergency calls and training new employees. Monica holds a Diploma in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Bradford School and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Conneaut Lake Area High School. Proficient in multiple versions of Windows, Monica has developed a comprehensive skill set in communication and customer relations.
