Marcelo Borsatto has worked in various roles within the food industry. Marcelo started their career as a Plant Manager at Michelina's, Inc. in 2001 and later moved on to become a Plant Manager at FPL Food LLC in 2004. In 2009, they became a General Manager at Five Star Custom Foods, where they worked until 2012. Marcelo then served as the Vice President of Operations at Beltex Corporation Frontier Meats from January 2013 to December 2013 before moving on to CTI Foods, where they held the same position from December 2013 to March 2017. In 2017, Marcelo joined Colorado Premium as the General Manager until February 2018. Their most recent role was as the Director of Operations at BrucePac, where they started in May 2018.
Marcelo Borsatto obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University from 1998 to 2001. Marcelo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the MBA Keller Graduate School of Management from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Marcelo has obtained several certifications including BRC Internal Auditor in 2015, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner in 2013, Lean Manufacturing Practitioner in 2012, HACCP Developing and Implementing Programs in 2006, Hazardous Materail First Responder Technician in 2004, and ISO 9001 Auditor in 2000.
