Hassan El Atar

Hassan El Atar, MBA, B.SC., is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving at Bruce Power since October 2022, Hassan has previously held strategic management roles at Nordion and Ontario Power Generation, where responsibilities included leading outage operations and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. As a regional services manager at Dresser-Rand, significant revenue and profitability improvements were achieved over four years. Earlier positions at Emerson and EMC focused on condition monitoring services and rotating equipment maintenance, respectively. Hassan holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University.
