HR Manager, Employee Wellness Strategic Initiatives at Bruce Power L.P.

Heather Wild is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee wellness and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as HR Manager for Employee Wellness Strategic Initiatives at Bruce Power since June 2017, Heather has developed a corporate-wide Healthy Workplace Strategy, led multi-disciplinary teams, and implemented comprehensive health programs including a COVID-19 response strategy and a Mental Health Strategy. Prior roles include HR Manager for Employee Wellness and Disability Management, as well as HR Specialist, where significant contributions were made to disability management and compliance with WSIB programs. Heather's prior experience as a Business Owner and Wellness Consultant at Regenerate Fitness and a Group Benefits Consultant at GMS Insurance further solidifies expertise in wellness programs and employee benefits. Heather holds a CEBS and GBA from Dalhousie University and a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College.
