Nathan McCabe Rse

Nathan McCabe RSE is an experienced professional currently serving as the First Line Manager of Maintenance at Bruce Power since January 2020. Prior to this role, Nathan held the position of Section Manager for Maintenance at Ontario Power Generation from January 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Nathan's earlier experience at Bruce Power as a Contract First Line Manager involved leading maintenance teams and ensuring the execution of work in compliance with established procedures. Before transitioning into management, Nathan worked as a Boilermaker welder for Boilermakers Local 128 from February 1999 to January 2018, specializing in the construction and maintenance of boilers and pressure vessels. Nathan holds a Professional Certificate in Leadership from Western University and has completed the Ivey Strategic Business Negotiations Program, along with obtaining a Red Seal certification in welding through the Ontario College of Trades.
