Navdeep Rathore

Navdeep Rathore is a skilled mechanical professional with extensive experience in maintenance, installation, and repair across various industries. Currently serving as a Mechanical Maintainer Improver at Bruce Power since February 2023, Navdeep performs equipment surveillance and post-maintenance testing. Previously, as an Industrial Millwright for the City of Toronto, responsibilities included the maintenance and overhaul of process equipment within advanced water facilities, along with skilled machining and operational decision-making. Experience also includes roles as Millwright at Millwright Local 2309 and Purolator Inc., where Navdeep performed preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. A solid foundation was built as a Maintenance/Mechanical Technician and Machine Operator at Formex Metal Industries Inc. Navdeep holds a Mechanical Technician diploma in Automated Manufacturing from Conestoga College and a diploma in Mechanical from Gujarat Technological University.
