Shayne Shewfelt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on leadership development and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an HR Specialist in Leadership Development at Bruce Power since September 2020, Shayne builds and delivers training programs aimed at enhancing leadership behaviors and organizational effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Manager of Talent & Culture at Fairmont Banff Springs, along with several positions at Bruce Power spanning from 2007 to 2014, including Associate Business Partner in Human Resources. Additionally, Shayne held the role of Operations Assistant at Monod Sports Ltd and has a solid educational background with degrees from McMaster University and Sir Sandford Fleming College in Law & Security Administration, Fire Safety & Security Management, and Emergency Planning.
