Estelle RUBIO

Estelle RUBIO has a solid work experience in the human resources and recruitment field. Estelle is currently working as the Business Unit Manager RH - FRANCE at Bruce.work since April 2021. Prior to this, Estelle worked at CRIT France as the Responsable d'agences H/F from October 2016 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing specialized agencies in the support functions - retail banking sector, assisting companies in their permanent, temporary, and interim hiring. Estelle also had responsibilities in business development, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, as well as client retention activities.

Earlier in their career, Estelle worked at Adecco Group. From June 2015 to October 2016, they served as a Chargée d'affaires, focusing on recruitment tasks such as conducting individual and group interviews, sourcing, pre-selection, CV screening, and client relationship management. From January 2011 to June 2015, they held the position of Chargée - Responsable recrutement H/F, where they performed similar recruitment tasks.
